1. Definitions

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). aec777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts above the applicable threshold. aec777 may place a hold on funds pending completion of KYC at any time.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 3.5 Currency. All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform. The amount deposited in BDT is the amount credited to the BDT wallet.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting Rules & Game Terms

Void bets will be returned to the Player's Balance in full. aec777 will not accept liability for losses sustained as a result of reliance on erroneous odds or market information.

6.3 Casino & Live Casino. 8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by aec777. aec777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: suspected fraud or money laundering; suspected use of the Platform for illegal purposes; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete required KYC verification; chargebacks or disputed transactions; use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or any other conduct deemed by aec777 to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests must be submitted from the email address registered to the Account. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as inactive. aec777 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive Balance, after giving prior notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero Balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online betting and gaming entertainment.

Players must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform without the express prior written consent of aec777.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aec777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; interruption of business; or any other commercial damages or losses.

aec777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aec777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Platform is entirely at the Player's own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

aec777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services — and only under contractual obligations of confidentiality consistent with applicable data protection standards.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

Players disputing a game result must provide sufficient detail — including the game name, round or session identifier, date, time (BST), and the nature of the dispute — within 72 hours of the relevant game event.

12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between aec777 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by aec777 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

13.4 Assignment. aec777 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any successor entity or affiliated company without prior notice to Players. Players may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party.
